These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of BadgeWeft Trust Badges & Icons (the "App") provided by BadgeWeft. By installing or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility

You must be authorized to act on behalf of a Shopify store and comply with Shopify's terms and policies.

License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for your internal business purposes while your subscription (if any) is active and the App remains installed.

Plans and billing

• Free and paid plans are described in the App and on our Plans page.
• Paid subscriptions are billed through Shopify's billing system. Charges, renewals, trials, and cancellations follow Shopify's subscription rules.
• You are responsible for staying within your plan limits or upgrading before using features not included in your plan.

Your content

You retain ownership of badge content and store data you configure in the App. You grant us permission to host, process, and display that content solely to provide the App to you and your storefront visitors.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for unlawful, misleading, or abusive purposes.
• Attempt to bypass plan limits, security controls, or Shopify platform rules.
• Reverse engineer or resell the App except as permitted by law.

Availability and changes

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify features, plans, or these Terms with reasonable notice where required. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is" to the maximum extent permitted by law. We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BadgeWeft is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or lost profits, arising from your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim related to the App is limited to the fees you paid us for the App in the twelve (12) months before the claim.

Termination

You may stop using the App by uninstalling it from Shopify. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these Terms or if required for security or legal reasons.
